About Me
Interdisciplinary Roots
Greetings! I’m Mohebat, a UX Designer and Researcher with an interdisciplinary background in ecological and cultural studies. My journey began with a PhD exploring how contemporary theater reflects environmental issues, where I developed strong research and analytical skills.

UX Mindset & Research Approach: Bridging Research & User Experience
Transforming my dissertation into a book was more than an academic shift, it was a UX challenge. My readers became my new ‘users,’ requiring me to simplify complex ideas while keeping key insights intact. Like design thinking, this process demanded deep audience understanding, iterative refinement, and clear communication. Through this experience, I honed my skills in ideation, adaptability, and user-centered storytelling: skills that now shape my approach to UX/UI design.
Personal Interests & Professional Growth: Beyond Design
Theater, books, and writing inspire my creativity, while board memberships keep me connected with scholars and industry leaders. I thrive on learning and contributing to communities that push design and innovation forward.
